Meagan Cooperman, Principal Designer
Meagan Cooperman is the Founder and Principal Designer of Cooperman & Co. Interiors, a studio shaped by nearly twenty years of hands-on experience, deep industry knowledge, and a genuine love for creating homes that feel personal, thoughtful, and truly lived in. Clients trust her not only for her expertise, but for the way she brings clarity, calm, and a steady sense of advocacy to every project.
Meagan began her career as a design assistant at Stuckenschneider Decoration & Design while earning her degree in interior design, where she absorbed the foundations of luxury residential work and the value of precision in every detail. She then stepped into leadership roles as Lead Designer at ADJ Interiors and C&M Interiors, sharpening her skills in luxury residential design, project management, and guiding clients through complex new builds & full home renovations with confidence. After two decades of shaping beautiful spaces for other firms, she felt called to create something of her own—a studio that blends the best practices she’s collected over the years with her own down-to-earth, collaborative approach.
Her signature 7 Phase Process reflects that philosophy. It’s a clear, supportive roadmap that guides clients through each step of their project, making the experience feel organized, enjoyable, and deeply considered. Clients often say they feel genuinely heard—and genuinely taken care of.

Emily Hood, Director of Operations
Emily brings structure, clarity, and thoughtful systems to every part of the studio’s work. With a natural ability to understand how all the moving pieces connect, she ensures that each project is supported by strong organization, clear communication, and processes that allow the creative work to unfold smoothly and intentionally.
She oversees procurement, vendor coordination, financial organization, and project workflows, playing a vital role behind the scenes to keep the studio running efficiently. Her work allows the design team to stay focused on creating beautiful, well-considered homes through a client experience that feels calm, organized, and deeply supported. She’s known for her ability to think through multiple layers of a task at once - balancing big-picture strategy with fine-grain execution - and for her proactive approach to building systems that work.
At the heart of Emily’s role is partnership. She works closely with Meagan to support the studio’s vision, acting as a steady counterpart who brings balance, foresight, and operational leadership. Together, they form a highly collaborative and complementary team - one rooted in trust, shared standards, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience from the inside out.
In addition to our staff, we’ve established decades-long relationships with drafting designers, project managers, material vendors, and suppliers to ensure that each and every project receives the best service and the highest degree of professionalism.
